Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi, J. —Before I express my concurrence with the detailed opinion authored by Mr. Justice Qazi Faez Isa, Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan, I find it imperative to pen down a few additional observations that resonate with the conclusions reached therein. While I fully agree with the reasoning except those mentioned in para 26 to 30 and the outcome of the detailed opinion, the significance of the issues presented before this Court compels me to elaborate on certain aspects that reinforce our collective judicial philosophy.
